Hollywood's Hottest Nose for 2008 and 2009, Katherine Heigl has left us guessing whether her character, Izzie, will return to Grey's Anatomy next season or not. On the season finale of the show Izzie's character is shown flat-lining during surgery for a brain tumor in the last part of the show, then she is pictured in an elevator with fellow star, T.R. Knight, who also may have died as he was hit by a bus earlier in the finale. Oh, the drama of it all. I guess we'll just have to wait until next season to find out who makes a comeback! But that's not all for Katherine Heigl, in her new film she plays Abbie Richter a morning show producer who is looking for Mr. Right. "The Ugly Truth" comes to theaters in July!
