Hottest Woman on the Set of “Dirty Sexy Money”?

As plastic surgeons, we don’t have much time for television but we couldn’t help ourselves – we had to watch the new Wednesday night drama, Dirty Sexy Money, on ABC. Very Dynasty of the 21st century, we think.

We just heard that Patrick Darling (Billy Baldwin) the oldest son of the Darling clan, who also happens to be a New York Attorney General who’s running for the U.S. Senate (whoa, that’s a mouthful) will be having a love affair with a… transgender character. The actress is Candis Cayne, who is a transgender herself. What a breakthrough for the Transgender community.

She is a beautiful woman and while she isn’t our client, we have been creating these natural appearing females for decades. We know that to achieve that level of feminization, it does require quite a bit of facial plastic surgery.
